DISCLAIMER:

 

• Off campus hiring for Cognizant Infrastructure, ADM & IT Services has been rolled out through “Train & Hire” model among specific empaneled training partners. Please find the list of training partners below

• Enrolment for this training program is voluntary as candidates are required to pay a fee to undergo training with our training partner for a specified duration. Fee details would be shared by the training partners to interested students at the time of counseling

• Please note this fee shall be fully payable by the candidate & pertains to the training program they will undergo with our training partner. This fee must not be construed as payment of money to join Cognizant. Only upon successful completion of training & clearing of subsequent interviews with Cognizant representatives will they get an offer letter from Cognizant

• Please check Cognizant eligibility criteria and ensure self-compliance before enrolling and payment of the training fee

• During training & Post training, Cognizant will conduct skill specific assessments which comprises of online & F2F technical interviews. Do note that candidates may be eliminated during any of these rounds of evaluation

• Final offer from Cognizant is solely based upon successful completion of training, clearing online assessments, F2F technical interview and meeting all basic eligibility criteria. Training partners are NOT authorized to issue offer letters on behalf of Cognizant at any time during the training period

• This model is specific to Cognizant and the need for hiring through this route is monitored by the company on a regular basis

• “Train & Hire” off campus hiring is conducted for Programmer Analyst Trainee (PAT) & Programmer Trainee (PT) designations only. Please ensure to understand the designation & salary (CTC) before enrolling for any program

• The below training partners could service other retail training models within their premises. Please note such programs cannot be pooled under Cognizant specific “Train & Hire” off campus model and doesn’t warrant any interview opportunity or employment with Cognizant
